I ordered 5 citizens on January 16, 2021 at 1:50 p.m. but everything was served with a whole vinous sauce as standard and very dry so it didn't taste good. If standard was done tasted good.

An employee packed the food in the bags without gloves and in the meantime pushed down the face mask and with or shall we say without gloves reached into the fries and then ate them. At that time, I think it's a massive hygienic problem. Nowadays, however, in general, you shouldn't allow yourself something like that, I also don't understand that many colleagues standing around have not pointed it out, so it seems to be normal in this company on Mainzer Landstrasse in Frankfurt!

The staff are slow and forgetful. My chicken nuggets were forgotten.

I paid € 8.99 for a menu and there should be six chicken nuggets in it. I didn't check whether everything was in there. When I got home I saw that my chicken nuggets were not in there.

Not recommendable. Staff totally overwhelmed with corona measures. Distances are not kept and staff do nothing about it. Too many people are allowed into the restaurant. Food is cold when you get it. Entry and exit a disaster. Should be avoided.

Date 12.10, time 0:15 to 0:35. Drive-in, as well as "24H open" lighting, switches and lighting in the restaurant were on. During the 20 minutes waiting time, no employees could be seen or heard over the intercom. When the branch is closed, the light also turns off, several cars have driven into the drive-in and waited for free because it is closed or the employees do not want to work.

These McDonald’s are usually very busy and busy. Both inside and at the McDrive you often have to wait longer. Not necessarily because of the staff, but rather because of the large number of customers. Otherwise a normal McDonald's with McCafe, McDrive and the normal menus. Parking spaces also available. Hygiene is limited on the dining tables.

Me and my family have waited an hour. Dad I already found kake 😑 and I liked the Schocko sauce on my ice cream 😒 but otherwise the food was delicious ❤

Unfortunately, there are always problems when you order in advance via the app and also want to redeem coupons on site. Additional orders in the café are obviously beyond the system and the shift management is overwhelmed. So we had to forego a 10% discount, at least 3 euros. Cleanliness so mediocre, toilet insufficient. Unfortunately, this is the third time that there have been problems.

McCafe is above average in Germany, but the organizarion is terrible. For a glass of coke and one bottle of water I waited for 25 minutes.

They forgot my child's desert in the happy meal and the bag of apple pieces for my other child was off. Not good at all when you notice 10miles down the road that something's missing or not edible... 😒 Quite disappointed. We expected better standard from a german McD.
